Roads on Coins

National emblems, sovereigns’ faces, symbols of the nation, notable anniversaries, great figures of history, autochthonous plants and animals, collective undertakings which require the entire country’s input and, of course, large numerical figures together with the denomination of the coin.
These are the most common symbols of the universal numismatic world. But, are there any coins dedicated to roads? The answer is yes, although they are few and far between.
